What are the remas criteria?

Starting with the output from the joint ENAP/remas workshop, which produced a set of recommendations collectively known as 'The Chelsea Dozen', the remas criteria were developed and provide a valuable insight into what regulators in Europe would like to see as management controls on an industrial site.
